Charles T. Creech
Owner/President
Tom is the founder and owner of Charles T. Creech, Inc. and Creech Services, Inc.  He supports the teams of all divisions, working with local and export hay and straw, muck removal, baled muck sales, and compost operations. 

Jarad Bromagen
Local Farms Service Manager
Jarad joined our staff in 2001. He currently oversees the local hay and straw deliveries and customer relations. Additionally Jarad works closely with existing suppliers and potential suppliers.

Gatewood Gay
Secretary/Treasurer & Export Division Manager
Gatewood joined Charles T. Creech, Inc. in 1982 in its first year of operation.  He has a degree in Business from the University of Kentucky.  While Gatewood works in many areas of the business, his primary roll is overseeing the Export Division.

Gayle Neal
Export Division
Gayle joined Charles T. Creech, Inc. in 2003.  He works primarily in the export division but also carries responsibilities in accounting and muck sales and removal.  Before coming to Creech, Inc., Gayle worked primarily in the automobile parts and services industry.

Paul Miller
Paul rejoined Charles T. Creech, Inc. in December 2008 after spending seven years in the automotive repair business with his brother. Paul’s previous knowledge and experience of CTC, Inc. and his background in truck and equipment maintenance and repair has proved to be a welcomed addition to our staff.

Danny Burford
Compost Facility Manager
Danny joined Creech, Inc. in 1985 after working at Spendthrift Farm for over 11 years.  He was the second person hired by Tom Creech.  He has worked in almost every area of the company’s operations over the years but currently works as our compost facility manager.

Norman Duncan
Bookkeeper
Norman joined Creech, Inc. in 1988 after doing bookkeeping at Homco Mechanical Contractors for 17 years.  He has overseen the company’s finances for over 20 years.  He also handles scheduling trucks from the Western United States to deliver western hay to the Paris Pike location.

Kelly Johnson
Office Manager
Kelly joined the Creech team in 1999.  She primarily works in the accounting department with responsibilities in billing, payroll, accounts payable and other accounting areas.  She also manages the Paris Pike office.  Kelly is married to Jay Jay Johnson, who also works at Creech, Inc.
